Advanced Education Scholarship

Scholarships to cover registration fees is available. To be eligible for the ASCLS-WA Advanced Education Scholarship you must be registered in one of the two programs. Programs are the ASCLS Emerging Laboratory Managers Collaborative Conference (ELMC2) Nov 13 - 14, 2026, and the DCLS Symposium, Nov 5 - 6, 2026. This scholarship is only available to ASCLS members. Both programs are virual and the scholarship covers the registration fee.

Student Scholarships

ASCLS-WA is offering one $1500 scholarship per program for students in MLS and MLT programs in WA State. Students must be members of ASCLS. Your program director has information about how to provide memberships to students at no cost to them.

Carol Anderson Scholarship

The Carol Anderson Scholarship offers up to $3,500 to support your participation in the Leadership Academy, covering registration, airfare, lodging, and meals. This is a valuable opportunity for ASCLS-WA members eager to invest in their professional growth and leadership skills. To apply, you must be accepted into the Leadership Academy program and commit to one year of service to ASCLS-WA following its completion—an exciting way to give back while building lasting connections within our professional community.

ASCLS Region VIII has continued the Leadership Academy and opened it to participants outside of their region. This scholarship is applicable to that program. More information can be found at Region VIII Leadership Academy Additionally this Leadership Application Flyer shows the announcement.
