Board of Certification
The combination of two of the largest laboratory certification organizations in 2009 was a landmark event for laboratory professions. There are implications for current and future laboratory professionals,and the challenges the laboratory industry will face as we move forward with the Board of Certification. The slides will help the laboratorian understand how the BOC will impact credential designations for generalists in the field and how the Certification Maintenance Program enhances recognition of professionalism.
