Opps: There is an error in the paper version of the Spring Seminar program. Session 4 title inadvertently has the word "malignancies" tagged on the end of the title. The correct title for Session 4 is Proficiency Testing: Refer or Not to Refer, That is the Question The online pdf version of the Seminar book shows the correct title.
